How do I add a family member to my care circle?

Open the app and navigate to the Care Circle tab. Tap ‘Invite Member’, enter their email address, and they’ll receive an invitation to join. Once accepted, they’ll have access to the shared care plan.

Is my health information kept private?

Yes. CareCoordinate is built to be HIPAA-compliant. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and we maintain Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) with every third-party service that handles protected health information. We never sell or share your personal health information.

Can I use CareCoordinate without an internet connection?

The app requires an internet connection to sync data across devices and family members. Core information is cached on your device for quick viewing, but real-time updates require connectivity.

How do I delete my account or export my data?

You can delete your account under Settings → Account → Privacy. If you’re the owner of a care circle, you can export your data directly from within the app at any time. You can also contact us at [email protected] for assistance.

What devices does CareCoordinate support?

CareCoordinate is available on iPhone, Android devices, and the web.
